Yarmouth Park is a mixed-use project that contains six single-family homes, four townhomes, eleven lofts, and 9,400 square feet of commercial space; all located near major public transit routes.  The wide range of units supports a diversity of incomes, ages and lifestyles, as well as several small businesses.

The mixed-use system serves the upper-story residential units with views of the mountains and local open space.  The lofts have high ceilings and open floor plans, and townhouse and cottage residents have backdoor access to the project’s park.
